Post Sleepy
I wonder how many students find themselves sleepy after dowsing? I find I'm feeling "ready for a nap" after I've just dowsed for awhile. Is there some way to feel energized instead of tired? Is there any kind of energy drain to this of which I'm not aware, or am I doing it to myself? The feeling is like when I get engrossed in a book and can't put it down for a couple hours. Yawn!!!

Thanks and happy dowsing! Lee

Hi Sleepy Lee,
I've had that experience before but here's what I do to stay vitalized.

I envision the energy coming down to me through the top of my head and flowing through to me and out through the bottom of my feet. Or you could envision it in reverse as sometimes I do. The key is to keep the energy flowing from any point outside yourself whether it be your feet, head hands or solar plexus and not just from within. That is liken to draining a car battery.

Just try it and see the difference,
LOL,
