I can't get template #4 for the course - it is garbled

 I can't get template #4 for the course - it is garbled Hello, I am just starting the course and wanted to print out all of th templates before I begin. I was able to get templates #1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 ok, but 4 is garbage (that's what appears on the screen). The file apprears to be corrupted. Can someone fix this, or tell me where I can get this template.

Re: I can't get template #4 for the course - it is garbled looks fine on my machine... did you try checking on another computer? Maybee you could print out a bunch of copies from Kinkos.
